Is my booking confirmed when I submit the form?
No. This is a request for a quotation. We will check availability and send an offer. Your journey is only booked once you receive a separate written booking confirmation.
How much will my transfer cost?
Prices are quoted individually for your route, travel dates, transfer type, passengers and luggage. We do not display estimated fares or live seat availability. Your offer will state the price and any agreed extras before you accept.
Can you collect me somewhere other than Geneva Airport?
Yes. You can request collection and drop-off across Europe, including airports, railway stations, hotels, chalets and other addresses. Choose a popular location or select Other to enter any European address. Include the town, country and exact addresses, with any intermediate stops in your itinerary. We will check the route and confirm availability and price in writing. Shared seats depend on the routes and services available.
Can I book a transfer back to Geneva Airport?
Yes, you can request either direction or select a return journey. For an airport departure, include your flight time in the return details so the team can propose a suitable pick-up.
Can I bring skis, a snowboard or child seats?
Please list all equipment and luggage, and the ages of children needing seats or boosters. Space, seat arrangements and any additional charges must be confirmed in your quote.
What if my flight is delayed?
Send your flight details with the request and contact us if your plans change. Waiting arrangements, delay handling and any charges will be specified in your offer; no universal waiting allowance is promised here.
Are shared transfers always available?
No. Shared seats depend on the route, date and operating arrangements. We will confirm whether a suitable service exists, its meeting point, schedule, luggage allowance and price before booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation and amendment terms have not yet been published. Ask for the applicable written terms with your quote and review them before confirming. No free-cancellation window, refund percentage or cancellation fee is represented on this website. To request a change, email booking@alpineskitransfer.com with your reference.
